Every maker has a starting point. For Tõnu, his laser engraving journey began with an interest in compact galvo systems and the possibilities they could bring. Before receiving the Longer Nano Duo, he decided to start creating right away with the Longer Nano Pro 12W.
From learning the basics of laser engraving to setting up a small shop and creating customized keyrings, Tõnu gradually built his skills. Today, his workflow combines both the Nano Pro and Nano Duo, giving him more opportunities to explore new projects.
Starting with the Nano Pro
Tõnu was particularly drawn to the Longer Nano Duo because of its compact design and galvo system. Wanting to get started right away, he decided not to wait and purchased the Nano Pro as his first laser engraver.
This marked his very first experience with laser engraving. With the Nano Pro, he began learning the basics and exploring what could be created with the technology, laying the groundwork for future projects.

Turning Practice into Real Projects
As he gained experience, Tõnu started applying his skills in a more practical way. He created a small shop focused on gadgets and began producing customized keyrings as part of his offerings.
While the Nano Pro allowed him to get started, he continued to look forward to the arrival of the Nano Duo, especially for its different system capabilities and expected performance.

Expanding Creativity with the Nano Duo
After receiving the Longer Nano Duo, Tõnu found the machine enjoyable to use. He appreciated its performance and the smooth connection between the hardware and software.
He also liked that the system could be used easily without needing extra tools, making the overall workflow more convenient.
With both the Longer Nano Pro and Nano Duo in his setup, Tõnu continues learning, creating, and exploring new possibilities in laser engraving. His journey shows how starting with a simple first machine can grow into a more complete creative setup over time.
