This Price Protection applies exclusively to prices on LONGER.net. We do not compare prices with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, other marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or other sales channels.

If your eligible purchase qualifies, you can choose between a BONUS Gift Card or a Direct Refund.

How Our 60-Day Price Protection Works

If the price of the same product on LONGER.net becomes lower than the price you originally paid within 60 days of your purchase, you can submit a Price Protection request.

Simply provide:

  • Your original order number

  • A screenshot of your original order showing the purchase price

  • A screenshot of the current LONGER.net product price

  • The product name or product page URL

Our team will review your request and verify the price difference.

Your Price Difference

Original Purchase Price − Current LONGER.net Price = Price Difference

For example:

If you purchased a machine for $699 and the current price on LONGER.net is $649, your price difference is $50.

You can then choose how you would like to receive your compensation.

Choose Your Compensation

Option 1 — Gift Card + Extra Bonus

Choose a LONGER Gift Card and receive additional value on top of your price difference.

Price Difference ≤ $50

Receive:

Price Difference + $5 Bonus

For example:

Receive:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days after approval.

The Gift Card will be issued to the email address associated with your original order.

Option 2 — Direct Refund

You can choose a direct refund for the exact amount of the verified price difference.

You Receive:

100% of the Verified Price Difference

For example:

$80 price difference → $80 refund

Processing Time: 3–5 business days after approval.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the eligible order.

Eligibility Requirements

Your order must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Purchased from LONGER.net

The original order must have been placed directly through LONGER.net.

Orders purchased through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, distributors, retailers, resellers, or other third-party channels are not eligible.

2. Within 60 Days

The lower price must appear on LONGER.net within 60 calendar days of your original purchase date.

3. Same Product

The current product must be the same product as the one originally purchased, including:

  • Same model

  • Same power/specification

  • Same configuration

  • Same package or bundle

  • Same product condition

4. Current Price Must Be Verifiable

The lower price must be publicly displayed on LONGER.net at the time we review your request.

You may be asked to provide a screenshot showing the current price.

5. One Order at a Time

Price Protection is calculated based on each individual eligible order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to calculate a single price difference.

Our 60-Day Price Protection applies when the current selling price on LONGER.net is lower than the price you paid for the same eligible product.

How to Submit a Price Protection Request

Step 1 — Find Your Original Order

Locate your original LONGER.net order and note your order number and purchase price.

Step 2 — Check the Current Price

Visit the same product page on LONGER.net and confirm that the current selling price is lower than the price you originally paid.

Take a screenshot showing the current price.

Step 3 — Submit Your Request

Complete the Price Protection Request Form and provide:

  • Order number

  • Original order screenshot

  • Current LONGER.net price screenshot

  • Product page URL

  • Your preferred compensation method

Step 4 — Verification

Our team will verify:

  • Your original order

  • The product and configuration

  • The original purchase price

  • The current LONGER.net selling price

  • The date of the price change

Step 5 — Receive Your Compensation

Once your request is approved, we will process your selected compensation:

Gift Card: 1–3 business days

Direct Refund: 3–5 business days

  • This Price Protection policy applies only to LONGER.net prices.

  • We do not match prices from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, other marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or other sales channels.

  • The product must be the same model, configuration, package, and condition.

  • The lower price must be publicly displayed and verifiable on LONGER.net.

  • The request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Price Protection is based on the actual product selling price. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges are not included in the price difference calculation unless otherwise specified.

  • Promotional offers that are not publicly available or cannot be independently verified may not qualify.

  • Price Protection cannot be combined across multiple orders.

  • Each eligible order may receive Price Protection only for the verified price difference applicable to that order.

  • LONGER reserves the right to verify each request and determine eligibility under this policy.

  • If the information submitted is incomplete or cannot be verified, additional information may be requested before approval.
