1. Material Selection: Cast Acrylic vs. Extruded Acrylic

2. Acrylic Laser Engraving Parameter Settings
To achieve clear engraving results, laser parameters need to be adjusted according to the material. In this test, the Longer Nano Pro laser engraving machine was used to engrave images on black cast acrylic. The selected parameters were:
- Speed: 10000 mm/min
- Power: 30%
The engraving image was imported into LightBurn software. After setting the parameters, the actual engraving effect was tested and evaluated. The process is shown below:
