The printer works great. I am very satisfied with the product. The only problem I had was that I used some PLA filament that was old, and I jammed the tube. My fault! Once I cleaned it out and used new material, I have had no issues. Went together with ease. Love the load and unload feature.

I have had my Longer 5 Pro for more than 2 years now. I have had to make no upgrades to it. This printer has just worked ever since the first day I unboxed it. I had a learning curve but the machine is very well built and has been great to own. I have printed big prints that maxed it out as well as tiny little figurines and they have all been beautiful. If I had the money I would have an entire army of Longer products.

The customer service is great when I asked about adding a second lead ( the only thing g I would suggest Longer changes) they were very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to add when I was ready.

I am very happy with my LK5 printer AND very happy with their Customer Service.
After just a few great prints I did experience a problem, so I emailed Longer Customer Service. They responded promptly and walked me through a diagnostic and discovered that there was a problem with the heated bed.

Longer immediately sent me a replace bed under warranty. Everything is working great again.

It's a great printer. Price range makes it affordable. Haven't had any problems out of it

What a fantastic printer quiet efficient easy to use love it .I can't stop using it I've printed moulds tv remote holder phone holder a tool holder and as well as all the files that came with the printer and I've only had the printer a week love it .Before getting this printer I had never used one before and I'm a complete beginner all I can say this is a great machine and I would recommend it The delivery was quick and the printer was sent over 6000 miles to get to me well done Longer.

I have been using this printer for a pretty long time now and it has never failed me in terms of quality and speed. I have printed 1525 hours so far and I have no issues with the printer! I would highly recommend this printer. alongside this, for my job in repairs, it is amazing and can give me parts I need to fix appliances! my co workers also own the same exact printer and they all have had no issues as well. Amazing! For the $$, the construction quality is excellent and I'm an aerospace engineer. The sheer size of parts you can print is tremendous. I did my homework and I cannot be more satisfied! Highly recommend it!!! ?????

This is my first on 3d printer and I am very impressed.

Took a little over an hour to set up but after I got it all together it worked well, tweaked the settings some but it was straight forward.

I love the Longer LK 5 PRO 3D FDM Printer. It is an excellent machine the best buy I ever bought.

Sehr guter 3D Drucker fr den Einstieg. Hab schon einige Stunden darauf gedruckt und bislang l?uft er wie ein Uhrwerk. Tolles Ger?t.

At 1st I had some trouble with the slicing program because it was not placing the print properly on the board however after some communication with both the software company and the longer customer service manage to figure out what the problem was and how to resolve it ... Now that it's been resolved I have been having no issues including printing a print that took 37 hours to print Very large very detailed print turned out great I even used a different kind of filament that was not purchased through longer and still turned out wonderful ...... I've also been studying and trying to learn how to craft my very own prints and designs and there's a great deal to learn and I've learned a great deal but I still have a great deal more to go

This was my first print its only been a couple of days and Ive learned so much and am already improving!

Very good printer for the price!

My first 3d printer and Im in love. Ive had a few hiccups that were all my fault. First off make sure you remove the sticker on the side of the power supply and make sure its on the right voltage. Mine was set for 230 but worked the first time on 115. After that it did not work until I found that switch. Other than that I am printing my 3rd thing now and have not had a problem.

This is my first 3D printer and I love it. I made a few things like a screen cover for my touch pad. Once i leveled the bed wow it was easy to make all kinds of things. I printed all the brackets Im going to need for the new stepper motor the s axis is not completely level. I love this machine.

Pretty gr8 out of the box, just had to tighten the bed and hotend after the assambly (made easy with video) Im currently printing with 0.8 nozzle which makes the prints drop in speed drasticly. Great machine, especially for the price

I have had the printer for about a week now and so far it has been impressive with the accuracy and precision. I love the glass bed and I have not had one print not stick. The manual leveling is easy. I am just a beginner and this is my first 3d printer but at this point, I would buy a second on.
