1) As first, remove the contents of the Longer Ray5 Mini package, as shown in the figure.
2) Now, install the 2.5W/3.5W/5.5W Laser Module using the thumb screw, then connect its cable. Make sure that everything has been connected correctly and stably.
3) Carefully check that all connections made from the factory are stable and that all connectors are well connected to each other.
4) Check that the X & Y axes do not have abnormal movements, such as movements under stress or too slow. In these cases, finely adjust the eccentric nuts.
5) Connect the power cord and rotate the emergency switch, then set the switch to ON.
6) Using the supplied Focusing Distancer, adjust the Focus of the Laser Module as shown in the figure.
7) At this point, the installation of Longer Ray5 Mini has been completed successfully. On Lightburn, set the coordinates system to Absolute Coordinates.
8) Finally, set up an image in Lightburn or make a new design, then set the correct engraving parameters for your laser module, and proceed with laser engraving.
