The 20W diode laser is suitable for engraving and cutting materials such as wood, acrylic and leather, while the 2W infrared laser is designed for detailed engraving on metals and other compatible materials.   • Nano Duo features AI text-to-image, automatic positioning, placement sensing, auto focus, engraving preview, pattern auto-filling and batch synchronization. Its built-in 16MP AI vision system helps identify objects, position designs and simplify setup, making both single-item and batch engraving more efficient.

  • Yes. Nano Duo supports 3D embossing on wood. Its algorithm adjusts the laser head height and engraving depth according to image information to create more detailed relief effects.

  • Use the Frame function to preview the engraving area before starting. In LightBurn, using Absolute Coordinates with the job origin set to the lower-left corner can make positioning easier and more consistent.
