Crystal AB Film Structure
Before operation, understand the function of each material:
1. A Film
- A Film is the white base film used as the printing surface.

2. B Film
- B Film is the blue support film used for protecting and transferring the printed pattern.

Crystal AB Film Printing and Transfer Process
Step 1: Prepare A Film
Fold the A Film diagonally at a 45° angle. Remove the transparent protective backing paper before printing.

Step 2: Upload and Confirm the Printing File
- Confirm the printing document and upload the file.
- Check the image content, printing effect, and position.
- Set image parameters, Quality: High, Speed: High.
- Set the Print Mode: Flat
- Set the ink mode: White CMYK Gloss Varnish


For batch printing:
- Ensure correct positioning.
- Avoid collisions during printing.

Step 3: Prepare Printed A Film and B Film
After printing:
- Check the white printed A Film.
- Make sure the adhesive surface is clean.
- Remove dust or foreign objects.
Before lamination:
- Confirm that the Crystal Sticker B Film is smooth and flat.
- Check that there are no visible defects.
Step 4: Prepare the Laminating Machine
Use the LONGER-specific laminating machine. During operation:
- The material enters from below the B Film.
- The material passes through the laminating machine rollers.
Adjust parameters according to the laminating machine instructions.


Step 5: Perform AB Film Lamination
Complete the AB Film bonding process. After lamination, check the finished material:
- Surface should be smooth.
- No bubbles should appear.
- Pattern should remain clear.

Step 6: Separate Films and Transfer Pattern
After manual cutting:
- Separate the AB Films.
- The pattern will be transferred onto the soft B Film.

Step 7: Apply to Target Material
- Select the required application material.
- Perform manual lamination.
- Press the surface to remove trapped air.

Finally, check the finished product:
- Pattern is clear.
- Position is correct.
